Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you must cancel your reservation or if you fail to arrive without notifying us of a change in plans we will charge for any part of the stay, which is not, rebooked at the price you agreed to pay. Package items, which are perishable or specifically purchased for your stay, will also be charged.

How to cancel: If you need to cancel, do so 72 hours in advance by sending an email to Bailey@HomeSweetHomeBandB.com with your name, date(s) of stay and reason for canceling. Business travelers = we’ll work with you. The inn is not responsible for unused rooms due to late or canceled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps or for changes in plans which shorten your stay.

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m. Earlier/late night by special arrangement.


Checkout: 11 a.m. or later by special arrangement.

We Accept credit card, cash or check. If you pay by check it must be received two weeks prior to your stay.

If you cancel 72 hours or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to rebook the room. Early departures will be considered the same as cancelations and are subject to the same terms. A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.  A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. The inn will collect payment at check-in for all standard stays by credit card or cash.
